Secular, LGBTQ-affirming care

Positive growth and change occur in the context of healthy relationships. The relationship that one has with oneself is foundational to healthy relationships with others. Counseling can address both. My experience encompasses anxiety, depression, self-esteem, LGBTQ identity issues, career exploration, emotional regulation and stress management.

About

Compassionate, inclusive care

I've been in practice since 2012. My current work is primarily with adults, but is informed by my prior work providing in-home crisis intervention services to children and families. I enjoy working with people in the LGBTQIA+ community and young adults. Helping all my clients to live a satisfying life is the primary objective guiding my work.
